Djiby's grandma always calls me xale, Kate, or mademoiselle. But today, she called me Madame, very intentionally. Djiby told me it's because grandparents can often see things that we can't yet, and perhaps I'll be married soon. I don't think so, but I like to keep track of things people tell me about my life, so it's been noted.
You can never know what the future will hold.
