This looks great. I need to start snacking like this!
I keep cooked black beans in the refrigerator at all times. They can be kind of a pain, because they need to soak for 6 hours or so, be drained, and then cooked for another hour but if I do 1/3-1/2 of a bag, I'm set for 10 or so days
