Awkward hour snack

For that time of day when dinner is too far off and you need something small but relatively filling. 


This also uses my leftovers. Leftover naan, black beans, and a slathering of garlic hummus. Yum!

    1. I keep cooked black beans in the refrigerator at all times. They can be kind of a pain, because they need to soak for 6 hours or so, be drained, and then cooked for another hour but if I do 1/3-1/2 of a bag, I'm set for 10 or so days
