You know how at the end of the epistles there are greetings? Grace and peace to you all, etc. I have tendency to gloss over those, but today I was reading for my Bible class and the very last verse in Ephesians caught my eye:
Grace be with all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with love incorruptible.
What a thought! My kindle gives 2 primary definitions
1) not susceptible to corruption, esp by bribery
2) not subject to death or decay; everlasting
Oh for my love for Christ to be incorruptible! Because my heart is so prone to deceit and growing cold.
Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus,
Oh for grace to trust him more!
